If you have noticed that the email bringing your daily edition of CathNews is “bouncing”.  That is, it doesn’t reach your inbox.

Our technology tells us, this hasn’t occurred because you’ve unsubscribed. But it could be occurring for a number of other reasons:

  • Your inbox is full
  • Your network spam filter has blocked it
  • Your email address has changed

If your inbox is full, that will look after itself when you empty it.

If your spam filter is blocking CathNews, try adding 'news@cathnews.com' to your contacts address book or safe sender list. Alternatively ask your network administrator to fix the filter setting so you can get this daily mail.

If your email address has changed – simply let us know your change of email addressin the below form.

We hope you will continue to enjoy this unique service provided by Church Resources.
